It looks as though either the cache folder isn't selected correctly, or the plugins folder is incorrect. Could you let me know if your plugins setup is the same as this:

That error is normal, it's just the end of the map icons being loaded. It shouldn't have an effect on any use of the editor Smile

Do you know where I can find the coordinates for certain maps? I tried entering random coordinates but it will just say loading map but never actually load. I thought maybe I was trying to load a blank map or something.

You can also use the map_index viewer under tools to find the regions that exist with their coordinates.
